The ideal candidate will have a rich background in IT services and an impressive track record in outbound lead generation.

Mandatory Responsibilities

· Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects in the US and EU regions.

· Leverage outbound lead generation strategies through various channels such as LinkedIn, email, and other relevant sources.

· Engage prospects via phone calls, emails, and social platforms to establish rapport and set up meetings.

· Understand customer needs and requirements and convey them accurately to the sales team.

· Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

· Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Proven 2-3 years experience in sales development, preferably within an IT services company.
  • Proficiency in outbound lead generation, with a good understanding of the IT landscape in the US and EU regions.
  • Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
  • Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
