Additionally, the task of efficiently handling cancel requests from drivers and assigning them to either an available driver or a driver who is nearing the completion of their ongoing ride posed a significant obstacle. This required implementing a streamlined and robust system that could handle the high volume of inquiries while ensuring prompt response and appropriate driver allocation.
